If you could only see yourself?

I have been introspecting lately trying to know myself better,you know in order to evolve and achieve a state of self actualization but during this process I have been also wondering what it would be like if I could see myself, you know through a glass door.

Several things come to mind and one of the topics is abuse …

what would abuse look like ?

Can I distinguish abuse ?

Am I the receiver or the transmitter ?

Would I be able to see myself?

Are parents the root cause of abuse ?

would you dare to go ring the bell if you see abuse ?
