Dude: You need to grow up

I started writing this post as I saw a man-child , but i was not sure at first as to what i do or in fact tell him. Do I tell him something that he is already aware of ? What if he is not aware of that fact that he is a man-child and in such a case what do i tell him ? Do I keep quiet and hope that peace prevails ?

Who will break the bad news ?

After evaluating the topic of man-child for some time, I realized that the best option in favor of mankind is for someone to tell the manchild to grow up and for that matter, even a sparrow can help ?

What i still need to work on is to find that someone who will do that for me.
