Do you remember names or numbers?

Over the years I have realized that some of us are good with names while others are good with numbers and of course , there are some who are good with both names and numbers.

I am not sure if there is a correlation between us remembering details by using names and numbers to the usage of the left side of the brain or the right side but I do know that we need to use the technique that suits our personality.

If we are good with numbers, we need to use numbers and if we are good with names then we need to use names.

Irrespective of the tool we use, we need to accomplish our goal.
