Is there a significance of circle time?

I would say yes because circle time is the time when kids get together, usually in a circle,before the day begins. I find that kids love circle time and look forward to circle time as a social event where they can greet other kids.

Now, as kids grow up to be adults, for some reason, the concept of circle time seems to fade away and remain simply in memory and rarely in practice.

Perhaps firms need to revisit the concept of circle time as a team building activity and promote the concept within organizations. I am pretty sure that organizations circle time can help firms energize their employees.
