Shoot your husband before lunch

Have you been wanting to shoot your husband before you have lunch ? Is there a possibility of doing that legally ? Perhaps ?? Take a look at the puzzle.

A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful lunch together. How can this be?
