Iphone can scan the barcode and help you shop smarter

I know its been a while since I posted about Iphone but if you have been reading through my posts, you must have realized that I love the Iphone.

I live in a consumer oriented economy and what that means is that I love to shop.

Now when I go shopping, I often find items in a store at an attractive price and I wonder if I can find out if there are alternative prices that are more attractive than the price I found.

Well several things comes to mind but what sits at the top of my mind is my Iphone.

There is a new application called Pic2shop in the Appstore and what you can do is click the barcode of the item you were wondering about, take a picture and the application will go search for the item by opening a browser and tell you about the item.

Aint that cool ?
