You may want to drink more water

As we are going forward in life, I seem to realize that we somehow end up with things which are perhaps less healthy and avoid things which are more healthy and the main reason behind the decision may be our own choice. For example; if we need to choose green, do we really choose ‘green’ over ‘ not green’ ?

I sometimes wonder if the same pattern continues like forever and we do what we do simply because.

I know that consuming green is healthy but so is drinking more water and here are my top reasons

Less toxins

Lose weight

Less bloating

Cleaner body

 

Feel Lighter

More energy

Glowing skin

what more do you want ?

 

One last thing before I close my post, Water works magically with exercise.
