Have you been eating a lot of sugar ?

I hope you have a healthy lifestyle and if you have been reading my posts you may have noticed that you can have a healthy lifestyle if you eat breakfast like a king , managing your calories, and optimizing portion control.

If you have been leveraging the above activities, you may have witnessed a craving inside you and the craving I am talking about translates to ‘sugar calls’ if you know what I mean.

Confused ?!!@

Let me try and explain.

Our body gets used to sugar in some or other form (think beverages , desserts, snacks,candy, you name it) and from time to time needs sugar in some or other form and over a period of time, we may not realize this event as the event becomes kind of second nature to us.

If you are still wondering, let me refer you to Sugar Stacks that can tell you how much of sugar you have been eating lately.

For Example :

A 12 oz of coca cola is equivalent to 39 grams of sugar or 140 calories.

A 20 oz of coca cola is equivalent to 65 grams of sugar or 240 calories.

A 12 oz of coca cola is equivalent to 39 grams of sugar or 400 calories.
