What is your niche?

I guess the question I am trying to answer is, ” what are we good at” or should I rephrase and say, ” what are we great at”? The reason I am asking is because I would like to know if we are playing according to our strengths. If we know the answer to the question, chances are high that we have already found our niche and we are probably planning on maximising our efforts and our productivity. If we do not know the answer then what we need to do is to find the answer to our question and then take steps to keep doing what we are good at and if possible try to monetize our efforts.
