Do you eat Breakfast like a king?

lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper ?

If  you answered yes, good for you but if you answered no, I would like to know why.

The reason I want to know why is because I want to know if your answer differs because

1) You eat differently

2) You eat more meals a day

3) You eat less meals a day

4) You don’t eat (and this can loosely fit in 1) above

The idea behind the point is for you to eat the maximum when you wake up and then keep decreasing the quantity until you go back to bed and whatever you ate gets digested throughout the day.

So the next time you order a french fry or a milkshake and a burger, or you choose to eat your own burger, please think about it and remember that sometimes kids can eat for free.

If you do not like the idea, please do not go postal and eat your friends lunch and you may want to watch the calories and if you eat right by managing the portion of what you eat then you can perhaps avoid hemorrhoids.
