Did you get a ticket for drunk driving?

I am not sure if I am a fan of tickets, especially parking tickets that seem to be unfair. I was mentioning about the ticket to a group of friends and apparently one friend said how he recently got a ticket for drunk driving, in baltimore.

Apparently, my friend has never been pulled over for drunk driving and never been to baltimore, but for some reason, everyone knows his name.
