Is there a difference between walking the walk and talking the talk

I would say yes when people promise the world when they talk the talk but when they start walkin they fall short of expectations.

I use the walk and talk as indicators to identify if people who talk can walk and if people who walk can talk and to differentiate between them..

The next time you hear someone use a fancy phrase, you can bet that it is nothing but hot air !!!
