Are we destroying creativity ?

In my mind creativity is the application of new and improved ideas to solve existing problems. I would think that we need to seek for alternate paths to foster creativity. The meaning of creativity lies perhaps in the root word ‘create’.

There are times when we support creativity and times when we do not. the times when we do not may create an illusion that we are destroying creativity.

If you are thinking what would destroy creativity, here is a list in my mind

Pretending to know more than others

Influence the people with the right skills do the wrong tasks

Create a barrier to communication among people

Say Yes when you mean No as you have no action to reinforce the Yes
