3) The size of the email is manageable and does not clog the server.
4) The tone of the email is polite and you are a nice guy.
5) The email contains a clear information as to how the reader can contact you with their questions.
6) The email has minimized dosage of errors.
I am sure that if you were to follow the 7 rules of effective emails, then your recipients will be happy with your communication skills. The risk involved in not following the 7 rules is that you may have to file an email bankruptcy.
