I will go straight to the list of the 10 reasons why I like nice guys.

1) Nice guys finish last and they are more of long-term friends.

2) Nice guys provide a shoulder for others to cry on.

3) Nice guys have a open door policy and won’t shut you down before hearing you out.

4) Nice guys have a better understanding of the big picture.

5) Nice guys provide honest picture that benefits you and the organization in the long run.

6) Nice guys are quite often underestimated.

7) Nice guys don’t often get credit as they may be a flower hidden among the leaves.

8) Nice guys don’t have hidden agendas.

9) You can ask nice guys out on lunch or dinner without fear.

10) Nice guys have more patience and perseverance as they don’t jump into conclusions.
