Do you keep your endorphins at a healthy level?
Endorphins are signals that are generated by the brain at a certain frequency that tells the brain to forget the pain.
We live in a society where we find pain all around us in some form or other. There is a need to minimize the pain and endorphins can help.
One can increase endorphins by multiple activities. Some of them in a random order are:
1) Eat hot chili peppers.
2) Think positive thoughts.
3) Exercise.
4) Get a rush .
5) Help someone and get their blessing without asking.
6) Read, Write, or comment on a blog.
7) Feel good about yourself.
The above list is in no ways exhaustive.
