Can frequency determine synergy in organizations?

We know that we get to be friends with certain people without applying virtually no efforts and there some people with whom we never seem to get along irrespective of our best efforts.

I think the main reason is that we vibrate at a particular frequency. We are all unique with our unique combination of characteristics but if we were to plot our behavior then we would find that we vibrate at a particular frequency. If the frequency matches, then our wavelength would also match.

We may notice that when there is a match of frequency pattern, the people seem to get along and when there is an abscence of the match, the people do not seem to get along.

The match of frequency pattern can lead to resonance, a phenomenon that we may have experienced in physics. In real life, the same concept exists, but we may call the phenomenon as symbiosis, wherein people or organisms work together for a common benefit.

When organizations witness mergers and acquisitions, a similar pattern exists and we may call the pattern as synergy. The concept of synergy in organizations is fundamentally dependant on the resonance created by matching of the frequency at which each of us vibrate.
