Have you created your ‘to not do’ list ?

Over time, when our organizing skills improve, we start working on a ‘to do’ list. The granularity of our list may indicate the tiny details and specifics of what we want to do. However; in addition to the ‘ to do list’, we may or may not be working on our ‘to not do’ list.

My thought of a ‘to not do’ list is a list that we create that contains the list of items that we do not want to do.

The ’to not do’ list is equally important if not more important as the ‘to do’ list and my recommendation is to start working on one if you already don’t have one.

One of the benefits of having a ‘to not do’ list is the list will identify what we don’t want to engage in and hence we can strongly concentrate on our ‘to do list’ and what we do want in our life.
