Can running help your health?

I used to run around a lot when I was a kid. With age, my frequency started slowing down and I decreased the amount of time I ran. while retrospecting, I started thinking about the things that I used to enjoy when I was a kid and I stumbled upon running. I started running again as there were numerous benefits to running. I would like to mention the following benefits:
