Yet Another Management Mantra(YAMM)

Over time, we notice that we may have compiled our cookbook (yes; sometimes the powerful thoughts stay organized at the back of our mind), filling it with recipes of what works and what does not.

I would like to share one such mantra with you guys that i have compiled under the section that I call YAMM (Yet Another Management Mantra).

The mantra is “Give the highest priority task that needs to be done to the most busiest person in your group and they will find a way to get the job done”

One will wonder if the YAMM works and question if the job should be given to the least busiest person, but my answer remains the same as I know my YAMM works !!
