Can you hear me now ?
A man went to a doctor because he thought his wife was having hearing issues.
The Doctor asked him to try a simple hearing test. The man decided to try and implement the test. Here is what happened.
The man stood 40 feet away from his wife and said in a romantic tone, “ Sugar, do you wanna make love tonight?” There was no reply.
The man stood 30 feet away from his wife and said in a romantic tone, “ Sugar, do you wanna make love tonight?” There was no reply.
The man stood 20 feet away from his wife and said in a romantic tone, “ Sugar, do you wanna make love tonight?” There was no reply.
The man stood 10 feet away from his wife and said in a romantic tone, “ Sugar, do you wanna make love tonight?” There was no reply.
The man touched his wife and whispered in her ear in a romantic tone, “ Sugar, do you wanna make love tonight?” His wife replied, “I have said YES four times. If you ask me the same question again, I will say NO !!!”
The YALM is that often we think the problem is with our partner when the reality is that we seldom look into our own behavior.
